Our consulting rooms are in Suite 5-7 at St John of God Medical Clinic, 100 Murdoch Drive MURDOCH, WA.
Individual appointments can be made by ringing 9366 1810.

If this time is not convenient, alternative arrangements can be made for consultations with Simon.
Nikki
Wednesday 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Thursday 1:30 - 5:30 pm
Saturday 8 am - 12 noon
Gemma
Alternate Wednesday 8 am - 12 noon

Currently Simon works with patients at the South Lakes Leisure Centre, South Lakes Drive, South Lakes.
